Customers agree to use purchased accounts in compliance with the terms of service of the respective platforms. PVAnexa is not responsible for account suspension or termination resulting from violations of third-party platform policies.

4. Payment and Delivery

All payments must be made in full before delivery. We accept various payment methods as communicated during the ordering process. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume and availability.

5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement for accounts that have issues upon delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Accounts must not have been used or modified
Replacement is at our sole discretion
Each case is evaluated individually

6. Limitation of Liability

PVAnexa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or purchased accounts.

7. Prohibited Activities

Customers are prohibited from:

Using accounts for illegal activities
Spamming or harassment
Reselling accounts without authorization
Attempting to circumvent platform security measures

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the PVAnexa website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PVAnexa and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
